Is NeonCardHub a gambling website?
No. NeonCardHub is free social casino entertainment. There is no real-money gambling, nothing to buy and nothing to win. You play with free Neon Points that have no monetary value.
What are Neon Points?
Neon Points are free entertainment points used inside our games. Everyone starts with 250,000. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed, exchanged or withdrawn.
What happens if I run out of Neon Points?
Use the Free reset button in any game to return to 250,000 Neon Points instantly. It costs nothing and you can use it as often as you like. There is no paid way to get more points.
Can I win prizes or cash?
No. NeonCardHub does not offer cash, gift cards, physical prizes, sweepstakes entries or any reward with real-world value. Results only change your Neon Points balance.
Who can use NeonCardHub?
NeonCardHub is for adults in Canada only. You must be 19 or over, a single conservative age we apply across all provinces and territories.
Are there any in-app purchases or subscriptions?
No. There are no purchases, subscriptions, paid upgrades or paid spins of any kind, and we never ask for payment details.
What are levels, daily gifts, missions, the Spotlight Pass and the album?
They are free extras that make the lounge more fun. Spinning earns XP that raises your level and opens new slot worlds. The Daily Wheel, timed gifts, daily streak, missions and Spotlight Pass tiers all award free Neon Points or collectable cards. None of them can be bought, and missing a day never costs you anything.
What does "Buy Free Spins" mean?
Inside a slot world you can spend some of your free Neon Points to start a Free Spins round straight away. It uses Neon Points only. Real money is never involved and there is nothing to buy with money anywhere on the site.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. To play you need a free account: just a username, an email address and a password. There is never anything to pay. Your Neon Points and lounge progress are stored in your browser on the device you play on, and you can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Why did my Neon Points balance change on another device?
It will not. Balances are stored locally on each device and browser and are never synchronised. Clearing your browser data also clears your balance.
How are game results decided?
Games use your browser's built-in cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues). This has not been independently certified. It is entertainment randomness only, and past results do not affect future ones.
Does playing here help me at real-money gambling?
No. Results in social casino games do not predict or improve results at real-money gambling. We do not link to or promote any gambling operator.
Which cookies or storage do you use?
We use essential browser storage for your age confirmation, cookie choices, Neon Points balance and game settings. Optional analytics are off unless you choose to allow them. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
How do I reset everything?
Use the Reset age setting link in the footer to clear your age confirmation, and the Free reset button in any game to restore your Neon Points. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Can I turn off sound and animations?
Yes. Every game has a sound toggle (sound is off by default) and a reduced-motion toggle. We also follow your device's reduced-motion setting automatically.
